I have 2 devices on Refresh and have paid off the Device Plan part of one of the devices online via the 'Make a Payment' option a couple of months ago.
I now want to make a part payment for the 2nd device therefore lowering my monthly bill, but when clicking through the same option the 'Make a Payment' option and selecting the Device Plan Payment and payment type the 'Make Payment' button is greyed out (in IE) or has no link (Chrome/Firefox) - This has been the case for a while now and online chat first said it was a server issue and to try again, then said it was the browser, then just said it works (Not helpful!).
Has the option for part payment/full payment been removed from O2 site and can now only be done via calling?

It sounds like a web site fault, if it doesn't work soon you might be better to phone them.
Nothing has changed in the way Refresh works.
Perhaps @Toby could feed this back to the team who deal with the site.
