Hi guys,

Looking for some support.

I received a text from O2 today to say that I hadn't paid my device plan. The payment was overdue.

However, I have checked my online banking and my device plan payment definitely came off.

I'm just unsure what to do as this hasn't happened before and I'm wondering what's happened.

It's a well known scam.

It is probably the well known scam that is doing the rounds at the moment. Don't open any link or enter details. Forward the text to 7726 and then block the number.

Thank you for your support, but I logged into my 02 account (not following the link) and it's still saying that my device plan hasn't been paid?

So confused!

There are lots of system issues at the moment. Rather than attempting customer service your best option is to check with your bank if the direct debit has been taken or returned unpaid.

@Kelly_T1606

What is the usual due date of your bill?

Your MyO2 doesn't update until after the payment date (14 days after the bill is generated).

If your bank says it has been paid then I'm sure it has.
