How do i change my device details ,it is still showing my old phone underneath my mobile number,i want to change this to my new mobile device.

Normally changes around the first bill (Mine did) If it doesn't then contact customer services http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

It will change automatically on the system when it updates.

Aye, this is hit and miss. I noticed it picked up quickly when I swapped to the 950. But still has the wife down as using the 930, despite having the S6 back.
