At 10 of March I received my Samsung S20 Ultra,when I bought it o2 took a deposit 475£ and they said if they will see after 3 months that I'm paying they will give me back this money,I didn't receive anything yet so what can I do to get the money back?

You need to call O2 and ask that it is returned.

It will be credited back to you on your 4th bill.
