Hi all, I placed a deposit for a phone in November 2020. When am I able to receive the deposit back? All bills have been paid on time or prior to the bill date so I am up to date with this.

Hello @NathanM84 

It can be returned to you after 3 months of paying your bills on time and will be added to your 4th bill.

You'll need to call customer service to remind them though possibly.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
