Hi,
I would like to know when my deposit will be paid into my account.
I made this request last Sunday. The agent said she had processed the request.
I haven’t heard any updates.
I would like to if the request was made & when the funds will be available in my account.

It will show when your next bill is generated.

You can then either leave it to pay bills from or request it returnrd to your bank account.

If this is a deposit taken and a change of mind then it can take 14 working days and maybe longer in these difficult times.

If it's a returnable deposit on a contract taken out then it will be credited on your fourth up to date bill as long as payments have been made on time.

I was told after 3 months I can request the deposit.

Which was what I did last Sunday & I haven’t had any update.
