I have paid a deposit when taking out the contract. And was told after 3 successful payments I will get it back. I rang CS and they said I have to wait for another month to issue it? I don’t understand. Has anyone else had this?

That is the policy @Sukhi.
You make 3 on time payments and the money is returned on your 4th bill.
