I can never seem to get through to a human with 02, unless I get on this community thing, hoping someone here can help me once again. When signing up for a tablet with contract, I had to give O2 a £250 deposit in order to begin the contract. I can't remember how long they said I had to be with them to return this, I am guessing once the £250 is covered but is it longer? Has anyone else had deposit returned if so when and how? As in, do you need to call them and have to nag for it?

The deposit will be returned on your 4th bill as long as your first 3 bills have been paid in a timely fashion.
You may have to contact O2 to remind them
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.
