When I took out my new contract with O2 I was required to pay a deposit of £275 due to my credit score. I was told this would be returned in 3 months time. Can someone please advise how I can request this refund as the required timeframe has now passed.

It is credited to your 4th bill and then you nee to call to have it transferred back to your account
