Hello.
This month I'm meant to be receiving my deposit back. How ever there is no sign of it either on my 02 account or on my card. Was just wondering if anyone could shead some light. Thanks in advance slight_smile

Hi @MorganWood Welcome to the forum. It is usually 3 full months and then deposit is credited back to you

It may appear as a bill credit so check your account via My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

If not showing there then you need to contact customer services. Ring someone on the numbers in this link....I would advise you to avoid live chat. http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

You need to call cs and request it be returned to you.
I don't believe it is automatically done as you need to choose where the money goes.
