After 3 months I was promised the return of a £100 deposit but instead I have a confusing bill and no way of speaking to anyone...

If you call o2 on 0800 587 4005 or goto www.o2.co.uk/contactus and if an agent is available a pop up will appear.

They will then be able to help

@TerraCell Your deposit will be refunded on your fourth month's bill. If you want to speak to customer service try 0800 587 4005.
