I applied for an iPad mini pro through contract and when I finished applying I received an email telling me that it is being reviewed and it would take 48 hours. It’s been nearly 2 weeks now and I’ve heard nothing back apart from a text telling me that it will take longer to send my order as it is out of stock. Can anyone help me?

It's probably still out of stock. You can check by calling O2

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
