Hey i placed an order in Friday and paid for Saturday delivery. On friday night i got an email to say that it was on its way however it did not arrive. In the email there waa a tracking number but have no idea who the courier is to track it. I have also tried to track in on my o2 but its not showing its only an old delivery.

If it doesn't arrive today which is unlikely then you need to contact O2. Numerous numbers in this guide.

Don't be palmed off if they tell you to phone the courier company, it's O2's job to track your phone.

@Ross3107 Just to add to the good advice given to you by @Cleoriff, at some point you'll have to call customer service to be reimbursed for the payment you made for the delivery that didn't arrive. Don't let O2 get away with that either.
