Delivery of new decice

Hi all,

I have been unable to get in touch with o2. But i am having a new upgrade being delivered today that is going to the wrong postcode, despite giving o2 the correct postcode. I cant get through to anyone at o2 to get this rectified before my phone gets delivered to the wrong address.

You can try he courier but you need to keep trying O2 to correct it if the courier won't help you.

You should be able to track the delivery via the courier and update the delivery address.
