Hoping someone can help,
I purchased a pay-monthly phone from O2 on the 23rd July. I have emails with all of the legal information, and with an order confirmation number.
Although I expected to recieve the phone next day (as advised) I have not yet received it. More concerningly, when I log into My O2, it shows no services alongside it. £60 has been taken from my bank account but I have no idea when to expect the device to be dispatched.
Is there a way of finding any further information on the order when it has been placed,but not yet out for delivery?

Only by checking with customer service but it's likely the device is out of stock.

Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

The phone is possibly out of stock

Same thing happened to me , ordered Friday received all paperwork etc and order confirmation, payed for Saturday delivery haven't heard a thing since
