I pre ordered the pixel and it says delivery to me will be on or before launching date.
I've still no delivery update?

There is another thread discussing the Pixel @Denny2scots.
Some are hearing of delays, others that their phone has been shipped.
Typically o2 ship quite late so until you do (or don't) get an email you won't have confirmation either way.
If you want to speak to customer services to check, the best way to do that would be through social media.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

O2 are dispatching today so you should get yours tomorrow.
