Delivery address not in system

Hi

I want complete a purchase however I cannot find my work address for delivery in the system. Why is there no option to manually add the building name etc?? Seems a common problem but don’t seem to see a fix. Please help.

You have two options now

Either go instore and purchase your phone there or call customer services on any (or all) of the numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
