hiya.
1 week 1 day , still no phone ! when i made the order it was instock for nextday delivery following day shows out of stock "up to 1 week delivery" its been over a week. Is o2 delivery always this bad " would have been nice for them to tell me it/when item was out of stock, but i guess they would have to offer a "cancel" option.
Cant track order , or even see order in my account so have no idea whats going on, starting to think about canceling order, does anyone know how to do this ?

Best option is to give them a call. Unfortunately this isn't a new problem.
