Hi @Busterbob

Are you trying to delete one family member and add another?

If you are having problems doing this you need to contact customer services and explain what the issue is

I don't ever remember being able to do this without calling customer services on 202 and giving them the numbers to add for you.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Yeah you're right @Cleoriff and @MI5 it's only via calling customer service that one can add or remove a person from the Family Bolton. slight_smile

Do let us know how you're getting on with this @Busterbob, were you able to contact CS ok in the end to do this? slight_smile

Hi , I contacted customer services ( online section) . My New Best friend assured me that he had completed my request but said it would take 24 to 36 hrs to change ?? , Sadly as of now 24 hrs later still no joy which is very disappointing. I will call 202 soon I’m not a happy bunny
