Deleting Account + Direct Debit

Hello!

 

I would like to discontinue with my contract and have my Direct Debit out of the O2 System! 

How would i go about this? All options i have seen online have not worked! What do i do?

I'd advise you to cancel your DD yourself with your bank after O2 have taken the final payment.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@Andy  This is not o2. This is a customer to customer forum. Follow the guide above for cancelling but do not cancel your direct debit until you receive a zero bill from O2
