Deleted Incoming calls, texts and FaceTime data

Hi anyone got any ideas how I can find out about deleted calls coming into a phone, texts and FaceTime data? I need to check a phone I pay for but my boyfriend uses. I think he’s deleted everything so I can see.

If he has deleted everything then there is very little chance of recovering it I'm afraid.

If he  Wiped  it  Every time. Im Reading between the Line  Why would he do it IF HE DONT  HAVE NOTTIN  TO HIDE FROM YOUR.
