I get paid on the second n my bill is due 29th I can’t get through to anyone to help me! An they are going to cut my phone off .. the need away of preventing this as I’m far from my mum an need my phone

That's a bit tight.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
