Hi I hope everyone is keeping well. I ordered a new sim to switch over from my older service provider to O2 but the sim hasn't been delivered yet and it's been over a week since I received the 'your order is on the way' email. I've tried to contact the O2 customer service team but they insist on calling me back on the number I don't have because I never received the sim card?! I know the mail has been slower lately and I've tried to be patient giving it plenty time to get here before my other contact is over but now I'm at an impasse and not really sure what to do? Anyone have any advice?

Everything is running much slower due to the current crisis. It's probably on it's way but no idea when it will arrive. If you can borrow a phone, use a landline or Skype then choose the numbers to call in this guide. Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
