Defence discount

I'm a veteran with defence discount and can't provide a wage slip, but I do have the vault code. How can I go about adding my defence discount?

Thanks for the info however, It's still requests a wage slip or email address which I don't have.

That's why I suggested you call O2 to help.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

Even press fraud or lost and stolen options.
