Hello,

I have recently applied for a mortgage, and a concern was raised that a default notice was on my credit file, i called O2 and they admitted they had made an error, however it seems to be taking a long time to resolve, and there is a risk we could miss out on the house we are attempting to buy. Can someone from the community please support in making the change to the credit file happen at a faster rate?
