I have been having the exact same problem since yesterday. Have tried 10 times to order, used 2 different cards and none have worked. Spoke to 5 different advisors, all who have been very nice but none have been able to solve the problem. They are reprocess the order but everytime it comes to the payment they send me a link to the same page. Which still is not working. If you have any futhuer sucess please let me know. 17 hours later and still no upgrade

Not sure why either @Anonymous or @Anonymous cards aren't being accepted unless it's due to
1) Not enough funds available or
2) Website error due to iPhone launch....
Either way it may be easier to purchase instore .....

Hi @Anonymous
I can appreciate how frustrating it must be. The thing is if your website was 'glitching' at the time you first attempted payment then it is very possible that repeated attempts would have failed or been rejected.
This is why we can only advise on what we have seen happen in the past. You might find leaving it for 24 hrs corrects the issue.? I am surprised that CS haven't informed you of this...
