However, I cannot find anything anywhere on O2 website to contact someone directly via email. Can someone please help me as I'm still being charged every month. Thank you. X

Hello Jackie,

Sorry to hear about your loss of your husband.

Call o2 202 it will be automated but choose the billing section on from either his or if you are on o2 too phone.

If not call o2 from a landline 0844 809 0202.

You can try these numbers because 0844 price of them can be heafty...

0161 705 5000: Ask for customer service/cancellation for bills
0800 0321402: ask to be put through the same place, cancellation of bill

Still wanting to be put through for billing section. Once you have got through to a human at customer services, they may ask security questions, if you know the answer, fine. However, just be direct and tell them the situation and want to cancel it.

And that should be it.

Hope that helps. Someone else can gladly correct me if I am wrong.

Take care,

x

An alternative to email is to call 202 from the o2 phone. You will be passed through to the correct department to deal with this issue.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
