I want to upgrade daughters phone for Xmas but I don’t want her knowing, is there a way to block upgrade message to her phone so she doesn’t get the upgrade text as I want it to be a surprise?

Unfortunately not.

Many have this issue so you need to think of a good excuse when the texts are received.
