I was notified that I'd used all my data and could purchase more if I wanted I bought more and was told to turn phone off and back on and it should come through,but its not. That was about 4 hors ago?

It can take up to 24 hours for the data to be added. If you haven't received it after this you will need to phone customer service or try web chat.
