Hi do I need to get hold of customers services because I would like to drop some of my data. I get 60 gb every month but hardly use any at all usual fixed to wifi some where and if I drop some of the data will my bill still be the same? Thanks in advance I no you can't look at my account cause we are all just people on here so I think I need to contact 02 don't you agree

If on refresh you can flex your tariff yourself in your MyO2 under the tariff details https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/
The price for each alternative will be shown there also.
