Since changing my sim only deal I can’t use mobile data even though my allowance is 10gb. I’ve tried network reset and it didn’t work. Any ideas?

@Rach27 What is happening when you're trying to connect?

Have you checked the APN settings are correct? should be mobile.o2.co.uk for android, and idata.o2.co.uk if you're using an iPhone

Have you tried powering your phone off and on?
