Try switching to 3g if 4g connection is poor.

2g is best for phone signal only.

But it will always try to connect to the higher signal, ie 4g, even if it is a very poor and weak signal.

You need to try a manual selection to hold it on a lower setting.

Hi @Ash5 

Your phone will connect to the best connection possible for example if 4G is a bit slower today your phone will auto-connect to 4G even though 3G might be faster, by manually selecting these networks you can find out which signal works better for you.

It looks for the generation in the signal, not the fastest when on auto-switch.
