So my tarrif consists of 120gb of data and today i recieved a message stating that all my data had been used up so i went to check my usage and somehow my tarrif has changed to 60gb, the price of my monthly bill has gone up more than £10 and somehow 60gb has been used in the space of two weeks. Based on the wag i use my data this is impossible and also half the ammount that i should be getting each month. I honestly have no idea what has happened here and im finding it really hard to get in contact with anyone
