Why should I be paying for 3gb of data if I can't even use a fraction of it due to restrictions imposed during this period of time? And it's not as if O2 like other companies allow the data to be rolled over, which I think is so much fairer than the milking money out of us approach.

Hi @John8 ,

O2 does allow your data to be rolled over on both pay n go & contract. A mast might be getting worked on in your area . Download the my network app and you can do a speed test, report issues and monitor masts in your area. Once everything gets back to normal you can ring customer services and get refunded for the times that you couldn't use your device.

Hope this helps
