I’m a key worker and rely on my phone data as I have no other source of internet from home. My data is being swallowed up quicker than usual and I need it but am not paying for an add on when I haven’t used near as much data as what it says I have!

Have a look at the data counter in your phone settings. See if it corresponds to My O2.
