Hi,my data yesterday and by 10pm it ad ran out,and only switched it on at 8.30on

What is the make and model of the phone you are using? Also what was the device being used for during that period?

And how much data has been used? Is this a new account as you have a pro rata amount of data until your billing date has been allocated.
