My data has been on and off for a number of weeks which I have complained about to no avail and now I’ve had to switch to a different phone temporarily TIL this is solved which is costing me extra money! What is being done about the matter

No idea. This is a customer forum. You need to call o2 directly.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi @Rebekah, sorry to hear about your data not working properly. We had a wider outage on the 6th December where customers were unable to use data unfortunately so that would have explained issues on that day. You can find more info and a discussion topic here to leave your feedback.

 

Have you been in contact with customer service about your data issues earlier? Did they find out anything? Please let us know how you're getting on with this.
