Why is it that when my data allowance is refreshed, It is only 9.99gb when I pay for 10gb?
I know its only 1mb but I just like to know.

Hi @jonsie

I dont work for o2, but do work in IT as a sysadmin, so have a lot of dealings with them on the enterprise side, as part of my job i do R&D with new toys (laptops and phones/tablets) so spend a bit of time with Samsung / Apple / Lenovo and o2 providing feedback and seeing how things in the enterprise space work with mobility 🙂 As well as looking after email services and other boring stuff 🙂
