Why is it that when my data allowance is refreshed, It is only 9.99gb when I pay for 10gb?
I know its only 1mb but I just like to know.

O2's systems do many weird things that no one can know the answer to....
You could ask CS to investigate http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus although I doubt very much that there would be any point!

Bolt ons roll over but can get expensive to buy every month so it's best to have more than you need on your tariff (within reason of course).

This isnt one for customer services unless they know how many Mb's are in a Gb or how storage and data work.

1Gb = 1024Mb so your 9.99Gb is actually correct as this gives your you 10229.76Mb so in IT terms you are getting your full 10Gb in fact an extra 229.76Mb 🙂
