I signed up to a package with Virgin media that included an o2 pay monthly sim card with unlimited calls, unlimited texts, and 100GB of data.
My confirmation email from o2 said that I will receive 50GB of data, not 100GB, and my o2 account is only showing 50GB. I spoke with an o2 representative who added on the Volt bolt-on (which I believe doubles your data) but my o2 account is still showing that I only have 50GB.
This is not filling me with confidence and I feel as though I'm being ripped off. I would like my o2 account to clearly show 100GB otherwise I will have to cancel the contract with Virgin and o2 as is my right within 14 days.
Please get back to me ASAP and let me know how you would like to proceed.
