Hi,

I just need to check my data allowance? My tariff says I have 100gb of data each month however my phone is saying I have 2 gb? I have screenshots to explain if needed but right now I'm apparently out of data and I know I haven't used100gb? Could you let me know what's going on with this please?

You need to change the data limit in your phone settings to 100gb or it will cut off your data when you reach the 2gb it's currently set to.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
