02 sent me a message to say my data has run out. I checked my 02 and it states I still have 4gb left. Some months I watch it go down to zero Gigabytes. I phoned support and automated voice also said I have used 18gb out of 22. Where is my data?

Do you have a bolt on for the extra data?

If so, it will kick in automatically Guide: Where is my discount or Extra Data?
