My data had been halved spoke to customer service for half hour on Thursday , said sorry and it would be back within 24 hours .... sat eve , still nothing .... not impressed

@Rob3 @Call them again & chase them up but as it’s a weekend nothing will be done until Monday probably

I fully understand , it’s always shown the full 8gb ( inclusive of additional 4) on app , now suddenly changed .. something happened from o2
