I upgraded my phone and this month I've apparently used more data than ever before yet the reality is that I've hardly been online, and absolutely nowhere near the amount I was before each month, not even close. I'm not that happy about this!

Have a look in the phone's data setting and check what is using your data. You don't have to be physically online to use data.

It really would help to know what phone you upgraded to and what you had before.? We had someone yesterday with a similar story....and the data usage was clearly explained when we were told this and also the tariff the poster was on...
