Hi, I have just recently joined o2 I have a pay monthly phone contract which comes with 12gb of data I have just received a text message from o2 saying that I have nearly used 80% of my data so I checked my o2 app but it says I still have 9gb left out of 12. Can anybody help? Does this mean I’m going to run out of data? very confused.

If yours is one with extra data it seems you still get the warning when the base data runs low but your extra data is a bolt on so it will kick in when the base data runs out.

It can also take a bit of time to update my O2. could be you had a heavy data session and my O2 hasn't updated
