Data tariff change

I’m in Spain ran out of data so upgraded chose keep my current sim option but receipt says your product will arrive in 3 days??? Do I not just my current sim topped up? This all I want

The tariff will change on your current sim card.
No new sim is required so if one does arrive, just keep it as a spare as it will be blank anyway.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
