Hi my data is really slow friends and family are unable to call as goes straight to voicemail as signal really bad only started when the 5g network went up, omg.

Doubt it has anything to do with 5G, as this doesn't affect the 4G/3G Radios on the mast. 

 

I would have a look on https://status.o2.co.uk to see if the mast in your local area has service issues.

@Gaz_ Also set your phone to 4g only so it isn't trying to log on to 5g.
