Why is it taking over 7 days (and still counting) to repair/replace the faulty mast covering the Harlow, Essex area (CM19) I'm getting less than 2mb constantly!

There are many reasons why. Access to mast, type of fault, availability of spare parts etc, but it's not something that O2 ever share unfortunately.

Keep checking O2 Service Status for any updates.
