I’m outside EU. My iPhone 11. 14.0.1 doesn’t show data roaming options and doesn’t show cellular
I can’t turn them off and I’m losing money. Help

Reboot the phone. See if the missing options appear then?

So your data is working and you can't turn it off, is that correct?

Yes. I went to settings turned off mobile data.
Went to mobile data options Can’t see data roaming or cellular
I was charge £4 yesterday

Reboot didn’t help to make roaming options appear. O2 chat doesn’t work

You won't see the options with data off.

The charges could be for calls and texts, not just data.

You are charged the days travel for just sending one text or even receiving a call.

@AdilAlso if you have turned mobile data off you shouldn't be charged anything (dependent on when you turned it off)
