Data query on upgrade.

I’m about to upgrade to iPhone 12 5G with unlimited data/mins/text but a paragraph states I can ‘get online with 1mb’...what does that mean?

Hi and thanks for replying. I am upgrading in app and the first option that comes up is the iPhone 12 5G, 128GB, Blue, in stock, and I am choosing an 18 month repayment.

I just need to clarify the paragraph ‘you can get online when you’re on the go, with 1MB data’. What does this mean when the offer states unlimited data.

Hello...me again! I have a sneaky feeling I can answer my own query now...duh!...the statement is generic and means the lowest data allowance needed to get online is the 1MB? Sorry, lockdown fever has turned the simplest statements into the most complicated! Thanks again for the initial reply!

I wouldn't worry about that at all. I'm viewing the offer on my PC and there is no mention of it.

Bottom line, you are signing up for the contract as shown and that's exactly what you will get.

The phrase you can get online for 1MB of data, means that's all you would need to get online. NOT that's all you will get.
